If you visit Gravity Cat's server, you will find a vast assortment of weapons all complete with ironsights and perks.

Iron sights? Cool. Perks? Cooler.

FPS'es need less man-portable heat seeking missile launchers, and more of these.

The maximum cartridge size for a Desert eagle is the .357 it's pretty damn powerful but as long as your not stupid you won't be hurting yourself with it

Imo you should be able to equip a RPG and only have 7 shots per total. Making you uber-slow and taking away your main weapon AND secondary slot.

But you should find propelled grenades lying around every time a "strike" is called.

I thought you were trying to balance it, an RPG that makes you uberslow and not allow a sidearm isn't balancing anything, every soldier should have a sidearm with them at all times, besides an RPG isnt That heavy
