I don't necessarily want an improved model, but the animations and bones could definitely be better. The body should be segmented for more flexible animations, which should move more naturally. As it stands, most animations move one or two bones (jumping only moves the legs for example), and animations should have an effect on every body part. In addition, we probably should have idle animations and more fluid walk animations (rather than the legs moving in a ridiculous arc, sliding across the ground, there should be actual steps.)
