Vehicle: Hover Craft

Hiya. I have a suggestion about a Hovercraft. I got this idea from a game I was playing, and it would be nice for War RPs, you know a hover craft, Water and Land vehicle. So does anyone think they can make a Hovercraft vehicle? It would be nice :3 If you could make this, I would be very happy.

EDIT: If anyone does make this, could you please just send the files to me and not release it? I would like it for private use for a few days.

Well they dont work on land so i was thinking that if we Take off the Land Friction and Replaced the model we could make a Hover craft Land and water xD

Edit: Packer, All I would need is for it to atleast touch the water, like the one in Army o' Two. It's simple that way isn't it?

I dont think hover craft that wobbles would be very Actrative
