Is The Sims 3 worth it?

I'll stick to Sims 2 for now. Maybe I'll eventually buy Sims 3, but for now, no.

I uninstalled sims 3, I'm going back to sims 2 + expantions,

Sims 3 is lacking content.

If you're in it for architectural reasons, then sure, go ahead! I found that building something was almost exactly the same as building in The Sims 2. I've also seen some pretty nifty stuff created by others out there.

You can rotate objects :o

In Sims 2 there was option  to go out, I never did because of long loading times.
In Sims 3 you can go out anytime you want without loading. :D
