Left 4 Dead 2's Dark Carnival title screen has an unknown infected in it?

On the title screen if it's showing the Dark Carnival background, you can see an infected appears in the background behind the ticket stand towards the bottom center of the screen and disappear behind the ticket stand after an infected walks by in the foreground, he has eyes that glow more than the usual infected and i think he's wearing a helmet, but he's not a Worker infected since they aren't in Dark Carnival and this strange infected never appears in Dark Carnival unless it's a rare sighting like Jimmy Gibbs in Dead Center's Atrium level, what could it be?
