I get back from school around 5 on Fridays so it would probably be after 3:30. We don't necessarily have to start at the same time although it's a bit unfair to come in later and have all of the good locations taken.

Also I'm running the new graphics with the classic sounds, they look nice and the mouse pointer is a hundred times better but the open sounds don't sound as good as the original ones.

But yeah, if you don't have the game and don't feel like downloading the original art then the free ones are pretty good, and if you're running the 1.0 release then they actually ship with the game so you already have them.

It's not really a patch. The game now ships with its own complete graphics set (except toyland looks pretty bad but everyone hates toyland anyway). Using the old graphics set is still in as an option if you have a copy of the game, but you don't have to have a copy of the game anymore in order to install it and play.

You miss out on all the music though.

oh wow so the OPENttd download is all you need to play? and it now comes with the new graphics? i knew they were working on a new graphics pack but its been in the making forever i lost track of it.

It comes with sounds as well, although default appears to be off so you have to go into the options panel and turn it on.

I just relearnt how to get millions
