I completely remember that, I loved it.  Especially the chute-transit system.

forget yeah! That sounds lovey; I'd be glad to help with that if we get it started. Oh, and this:

Some description is all I can help.

The build was in Bedroom. On the bed there was a rather cramped living quarters with small alleyways and a docking station for TheGeek's cargo ship. Stairs led down to the floor where you could find a 3 lane main road with futuristic high-midrise buildings with plenty of neon signs, which were always hacked by Sensei or me to say something nasty or stupid. Along the road there was a monorail with a monorail train on.

That's all I remember.

I have a partial save. I must have saved during loading or clearing, or maybe the save is just bugged, but it's better than nothing, I guess. That's where I did my first build, ever. :)
