You seem to go for a realistic body, and then a really odd head, this confuses me. A lot. Not to mention that you have that really odd pose that everyone uses for everything, where you have one foot forward and one foot away, it's funny because most people don't stand like that. I suggest trying some different poses that show some emotion and/or complex, yet common ones. For example, sitting in a chair with one leg over the other and your elbow on your knee and your palm on your chin. This pose shows anxiety, and possible boredom depending on the face. Then, there's the problem. Your faces are triangles with oval eyes with minor highlights. It's very hard to get a nice facial expression going when the original base character idea has a very limited spectrum of properties. All in all, I really think you should fix that face, and make it more human. This way, your character will seem a lot more normal. Either that, or change up the body or something. It's just weird.
