Well today I was leaving school at the end of the day. As usual I walked to my car to meet the people I was taking home. About two blocks away I noticed two police cars with lights and sirens pull up behind me, so I pulled over and let them pass. When I approached the intersection I noticed about six police cars, an ambulance, and a fire truck near my school. Me and my friends decided to drive up and see what was going on.
The road was blocked so we got out and walked. It turns out a car hit a student leaving my school in the crosswalk. There was one car sitting there with its windshield smashed into an indent of a person. Sitting on the curb was what looked like an 85 year old man, completely oblivious to what was going on. It was a sunny day, the crosswalk was clearly marked, and the driver had no reason to not see the student.

No word on the girls condition. People complain about young drivers, yet these oblivious idiots are out here hurting people everyday.
