Also, apparently Sord is mad at me. We agreed that I build a timber house and 2 cabins and he builds 1 cabin. Now he's saying we never agreed on that. I think this is to get back at me for saying we were being attacked while he was chopping wood :c

ORRRR, we could make a boat manager. Has a forgetton of lots on his plot and everytime you want to use one you have to pay him. Maybe with 5 seeds of any type, q10+? Returning the boat gives you 4 seeds back, (he keeps the rest) failing to return the boat loses you the seeds. As our economy gets better we could raise the boat price.
