i laugh at all of you living so close to developed players who conflict, and so far from your own resources.

the trick to this game is, dont live so damn close to others, and have your own mine.
it is apparently that easy.

most of you started new not long ago, but got lazy walking from the generic spawn.
now look at you

and this fearful need to live in a 50man village is nearly useless, other then protection from others over the crowded areas your in.
i have managed to do everything on my own, and i haven't needed a person yet. i will be damned if someone will come to my home wanting to trade anything. i send him away
Bisjac you obviously dont know too much about the game. There is no "generic spawn" - You spawn in a random place on the map. Also, you act like mines are easy to find. There are a limited number of them, and almost all of them are taken. So you cant just "get your own mine" - Hence why people live in large towns, to get access to a mine

well i have been doing just fine.
i have only seen 1 other player since i picked my home spot.
and haven't needed anyone for anything yet.

and yes i have a mine, even if its an unfortunate 5 mini map foot travel. this game isn't as hard as you guys are making it sound.
your advanced knowledge you think you have dont seem to be doing you much good.

this is an easy solo game

Is the minimap broken for anyone else? Its just pure white.

What the forget, its like half my base rolled back... But half didn't....

generic spawn = random place on the map
and your all lazy for just settling 15 min from where it wants to place you.
the random spawn dont just toss you anywhere i nthe map, it puts you in a range of populated area. a person still needs some smarts to move himself.

Godloving damnit im stuck on middle of the water -.- Making a new char as my heartfire is 2hours walking away...

I play solo so I dont see why you feel the need to repeat how easy a solo game it is
In fact a lot of us play solo. And how am I not doing good? I have perfectly fine base set up and the only thing I need to trade for is metal

No it doesnt. Also where are you getting that we all just spawned and settled?

I almost got murdered again.

Almost.

then obviously i want even referring to you was i?
i was making fun of everyone in this topic going on about some large community they were lucky to join, or how they are begging for 8 BL friends to spawn and help them build a camp.

from what i have seen, the better players are the ones that have everything they need for themselves. they are the ones earning the fast LP and have everything they need.

and if the game's strategy is all about where and how to mine, then maybe most of you should have spent your first hours traveling the hell away from the millions of camps around you.

OK, all mighty bitch master, how long would it take for someone to, say, get killed by boars or murdered after they settled somewhere?

Caught my first rabbit<3

What the forget, its like half my base rolled back... But half didn't....

yeah my boat was sent back to a location i was at an hour ago, and few items moved around.
but my inventory didn't change. was like a parallel universe rollback.

The strange part, my crops reset but I got to keep all the crops I picked earlier...
Now I have a gazilion low quality carrots.
