I'm finally starting to build my Timber house... this might take awhile, but boy it'll be so worth it. Too bad I've already deforested some of the area with the most trees :\ Gotta remember to plant some there again..

Requirements:
- Farming level is at least Level 40
- All skills except Stealth, Sewing and Smithing must be level 20
- Good at organizing crops
- Knows how to respect weaker people and knows how to peacefully talk to strangers
- Must travel to live with us

Benefits:
- Daily supply of good meat, cakes, and all other foods you need.
- Truckloads of wool and gauzes incase you're wounded.
- A meat grinder for chorizos and stuff.

I just want someone who can just be part of our settlement because we are currently in the process of expanding our place, grinding the farm quality and making trade contacts. Trade is important because we hunt meat and etc to trade for tin or bronze.

Also, we badly need tin or bronze. Do you know anyone who could trade Tin bars?

You should go in this order:

- Make plow
- Plow loads of land
- lay loads of stone over the land
- plow some more land
- use stoned land for items and whatnot
- use plowed land for farming
- Make things in order, keep baskets in one area, keep chairs in another.
