When they're offline, the scents lead you to their HF. Certain crimes are summonable, meaning you can summon their character at their HF. The character generally won't fight back and is an easy kill.

the make some. god anyone with 10 minutes can set up a handful of tanning.
quit being so damn useless, if you wont do something as easy as leather, then you should just stop playing.

and unless the quality was at least 50, its junk anyways. no different then an unskilled person doing it.
