I've had one that size before, it's the perfect personal lot size.

i don't even know how large my stonefall lot was, i think it was 50x50 or something ridiculous.

guy looted some junk from me. so i looted it right back, with some interest.
happened minutes before the server was down. but my boat and loot chests made it safely.
