perhaps a noob and his little camp can have that claim watch over everything he owns.
but the better players have multiple camps outside the village. with mines walled off, and containers set aside.

you cant claim everything.

anyone who is my friend but isn't supporting my village is an enemy in my eyes.

thats why I ran through and wasted half of 420chan's population when I was hunting that guy.

you would think several pissed off players can regroup and come back in revenge.
but that's just not the case, you forget with them enough, they cant even keep up the LP. they cant keep up with the time spent.
and they fall further behind you as you advance.

I take away their mine, wall it off, and bust holes in their walls.
they spend so much time trading for new metals and repairing things, i will be 5 steps ahead of them the next time im raiding.

eventually you force them out of the area, out of their own frustration.

and that's a success.
