To get to us(Or someone else), make a new character and enter a person's HS.

make a settlement on the island and earn enough lp to get the boat building skill.

Qwepir, The map i a huge place, once I tried to get to one of my friend's villages and we spend easily five hours and I must have been close. So the likelyhood of you finding us is minimal, the only way you would get to us is if you had our hearth secrets and ended up making a charactor there.
