What does the Q* mean?

Q = Quality
Higher quality obviously gives better stats, defence, attack, whatever!

Some items get better benifits with a higher Quality.
A Traveller's Sack with a high enough Quality will add 2 extra rows instead of one.

Not sure about the Merchant's Robe pockets being affected by Quality.
