He was making a new character to join (Was too far away and too weak to break his hf) so I exiled his own character. I knew it would take auth but I figured itd be like 500, not 10,000 :(

The following actions require authority points to use:
Revoke personal claim - Lawspeakers may revoke personal claims inside the village claim, at a cost of about 200 authority per square of the personal claim.
Summon hirdsman - Chieftains may summon a village's appointed hirdsmen at a cost of 50k authority. (needs confirmation)
Leaving a village - A village will lose 25k authority every time a villager gives up membership in that village.
Dissolve the Hird - Removes the hird members from their positions for 75k authority. (needs confirmation)
