Download a custom client. IE: Pacho's, Gilbertus', etc.
They will have a .bat that you can create a shortcut of.

Wow, I can't believe that Jorb coded such a stuffty exploit. I owned a settlement with a personal claim and someone came in overnight and built a Palisade with a village claim on top of my land and they then proceeded to destroy my hearth fires. Stupid forgeters. >:C

This is not a bug, and not even necessarily an exploit. There has been lots of debate on their forums about this too. There's really nothing they can change to prevent this. If you've got some sort of idea just PM loftar or jorb on the forums.
Also, Jorb makes the art. loftar codes. why does everyone forget about loftar? :c

My mistake, I'm not very fluent with Java but I'm sure it has something that could do a trace via player and if it hits a wall then they could just stop the travel at that location.
