Turalyon is the best Horde server, because there is a guild named Skulls and Krossbones, which will run you through dungeons, and when you're high enough level, Icecrown Citadel every Friday/Wednesday/Monday.

Zuluhed is the best Alliance server because all the horde on it are either jerks and/or cigarettes.
