Anyways, it could use a few adjustments.

Suffocate: Donchamean drown? anyways it's gud.
Overwhelm: Boring, but ok
Water Blessing: gud
Water Cycle: A little underpowered, you could add more to it.
Geyser: a bit OP, you can either lessen the immediate damage or lessen the DOT.
