I can run TF2, all HL games, R.U.S.E, WoW, UT3, U2004, Farcry2, and Unreal 2 with little to no lag with all "High" setting :U

My computer runs most Valve games with ease on high settings, but everything else runs terribly

valve games aren't really hardware intensive

Far Cry 2 is the only demanding game you listed and even then it's barley demanding.
