V15 Suggestion Double Sided Decal
I was thinking, what if we had double sided decals. e.g The hoodie decal, the back you could put the hood. People could then make 1 sided decals and Double sided decals.

How It Would Work
Basically it could work by still having the thumbs folder and that, but you name your decal, Hoodie_Front Or Hoodie_Back. Or something like that.

Pretty Good Idea. I think this would be very useful. You could also do it for the heads, like hair.

I asked for this a while ago, but most of the people said that is not possible. But it would be a very cool thing.

It would be possible though.

its very possible really all he would have to do i think would be redo the texture faces on the blockhead

or thats how i see it

No, I would want it like this:

The client would then just need to download one decal, which would consist of four sides. The decal maker would deal with a strip, or, an image that is split into multiple parts.

Another thing that I would like, denoted in my image, is a system in which decals could hang out side of the player's head. Here's an example:

Though 2d, it would provide a neat effect, and more flexibility for the decal author.

That's what I would think.
Also needs a top image.

On a somewhat related note

I would like you could download decal templates from all the blockhead's parts.

Like:

And other templates for pants, shoes, hands, torso and arms.

Hair and mustaches can be made server sided.

I would like it to be built into the engine. Things that only two people can use are lame.

How about the decals have 5 sections (Top, Left, Right, Front, Back), and the thumbnail has a cross cube net.

it's possible if roblox did it...

Roblox uses a custom engine. They don't have limits if they can keep on adding any kind of code they want to their engine. Blockland uses a 5 year old engine that is heavily modified, so there are a lot of limits to what you can do.
