i've never managed to win at all against patriarch
even when i try and hide and let the other guys do the real fighting, he somehow finds and kills me

But dying isn't really a good thing when your a medic.

1 team member dies and everything goes on just about normally.
1 medic dies for the team member and everyone is struggling for health.
