Make invisible wheels, probably make a futuristic tank mesh, make it shoot the standard tank cannons or a futuristic tank that shoots lasers? I guess that's how someone would make it.

On topic: Another idea how to model it, add the wheel particles to air or something, hover tanks hover so it would be fire/air.

wrongo, magic carpet has a colision box and a low density, while hover board has wheels that are invisable

Airplanes have wheels. Really though, every vehicle moves on wheels whether it flies or not.

then why does it get stuck in the ground? same with helicopters, unlike all the other vehicles
