............. Lolwtf three 10's

I've played 1, 2, 6 - 10, 11, 12, and 13, never played tactics though.

why does everyone like 10 so much? it has no world map to openly explore and travel, its has nearly zero end-game extras to work on.
and its like a chick flick with some of the first horribly designed girly-guy characters as the series goes down hill.

it changed everything that was great about the entire series for a new generation of simpletons that want easy gaming.

/agree

10 is OK... I still haven't beaten it due to laziness/being stuck...

you really have to try tactics. its one of the greatest games ive ever played.
its very difficult, and has extreme customization for your entire built team.

Frickin.... Oh god, Tactics? I hate tactics so much.
(PSP)
I can't get past the second god d*mn battle since it's you vs 5 other enemies all attacking for half your HP each.

yeah the psp one is the same game. (the 2 gameboy ones are ass)

its a very hard game. but thats kinda why its fun. it uses all the classic FF jobs that have been used in the classics 1-5

I just gave up after numerous tries on the SAME BATTLE....

I'm currently working on FF13.

Ch 4 or 5? idk but I'm currently trying to defeat Odin...

Chap. 4

why does everyone like 10 so much?
Because it's a good game?

it has no world map to openly explore and travel,
Yeah it did...

its has nearly zero end-game extras to work on.
There's at least 50 hours of side stuff to do.

Liking the characters/theme/tone is entirely a matter of opinion, not something to grade a game's quality on.

it changed everything that was great about the entire series for a new generation of simpletons that want easy gaming.
I'm guessing this opinion is based on ignorance. There's a sphere grid, combat system, weapon and armor customization, blitzball, aeons, monster arena, and legendary weapons. All of which are deeply developed and complex, and can also prove to be challenging if you don't put some thought into it. Final Fantasy X is by no means easy. The same goes for XII.

I love 10 for it's playable summons.

Chap. 4

I might be stuck, but I'll try "Rav - Med" later

Yeah it did...

you think i never played the game? i completed it in its entirety like 3 times, 6 years ago.

it does NOT have a world map. it has a picture of a world, and a list of places to go. you scroll the list and select one, then you magically appear on the ground in that linear location.

its an action RPG, far from a classic FF.
