If so I was playing CoD UO and I had jumped to move out of the way of a grenade, right at that moment a tank shell hit me right in the face and my corpse did many backflips.

I saved a tank that day :D

I was playing SSBB on Wario Ware stage. The Don't Move mini game appeared. A Bomb-omb was next to a blast box and it started walking toward me while pushing the box. I should have moved but didn't. A pill bottle halted the box but not the Bomb-omb and the walking thing went straight through the crate and into me, exploding and activating the blast box which then killed me.

I still have it in replays.
