Could you make sunglasses that make the flash not work on you once weared, you know what i mean.

It would be kinda useless. The flash only lasts some seconds. Would you waste one slot with sunglasses only because someone MIGHT use a flashgrenade? And if you get flashed by your own flashgrenade you're doing it wrong. The gasmask is of course more useful because one teargas grenade lasts around 1 minute, and there'll be toxic gas emitting bricks.

I already tried slowing down, but it didn't work well (I'll try that later again...). And damaging, no. But the toxic gas I'll add will do damage.
