Author Topic: Gravity Cat's Add-On Dump - Particle_ItemSparkles released!  (Read 2257909 times)

Can I test the pack and/or when and where.

TDM + changing playertype is always a bad idea.

I've said this a few times, and ill say it again, ANYONE caught with jets or cheating in anyway will be kicked/banned.

I especially hate people who can't fight and use AT4's or Stingers on 1 person when their not in a vehicle (when in a vehicle that is fine) This will also lead to a kick/ban.

To the expansion pack, maybe, maybe not.

Older-Style weapons ;)

The only problem I ever had is teammembers running into my mines after saying it 5 times that the building is mined...

Nothing you can do about this I'm afraid :(

And we are already thinking about using other map(s).

Yeah....but what maps, anyone got suggestions?

I cant join your server, every time I Attempt to join it for some reason BL randomly crashes.

I joined Digitals Government vs Rebel and the wep were FREAKIN AWESOME!!!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!

The Glock out-of-ammo fire glitch is also true in a different way with the M1911. If you are out of ammo with the M1911, you can close and open your items tab and quickly fire. You only fire once, but each time you close and then open it, it can fire again. Only works if you fire like half a second after opening the items tab.

I was trying to find bugs where you get a free jet, like the old version of the Old School Rifle.

I despised that server. I downloaded a whole bunch of useless addons for it (Is Player_Duck really needed?) and plus, GSF paradise is so big, the score stayed 0-0 for my entire time there (Not many people have that map anyways, and some have been loading for hours), meanwhile for action, many rebels attacked other rebels, visa versa for government. Wrenching your own things is dumb because a lot of players can cheat and/or go with the big weapons. And the colors are so dark, they look nearly the same for the two teams.

Please try harder on creating a better TDM.

Edit: Instead of trying to defend yourself, make it better. And then, people will like it. I've heard a lot of complaints there.

Yup. I know.

:P

You can't get jets accidentally with a bug. Either it changed the playertype to a slower one with jets while scoping, or it was made on purpose that you get jets then.
And I'm not a fan of cheating.

That's what I meant. The Old School Rifle scope-mode changed your datablock to "Standard Player", which exploited many players cheating in certain TDM's. And it was on accident.

The one on RTB has changed (or so they say) so your datablock remains unaffected after use of scope.

Edit: The scope mode is supposed to slow you down. Upon switching out of scope mode, the gun keeps no memory of the player before scoping, so it simply changes his/her datablock to Standard Player.

Ah okay. First I wanted to slow the player down while scoping, too. But then I just left it how it was and still is now.

Actually Gcat, it's fine. The weapons are not glitchy like the Old School Rifle and slowing down players while scoping is good.
Ah. Unless you mean you hadven't implanted the feature yet. I see.

My mac has no program that helps with tran

Is there any way to make it return to whatever playertype you were at? You could simply make it return to "Realistic Player", which would be a required add-on for it then if you release the playertype, which was your plan, right? But I've been eyeing these for ZAPT, which I think is way better with the L4D Survivor (Of course, I'd event/edit the files so pistols and other stuff are in their proper place). So, can you do it? I'd appreciate it.

Wait wait wait. I will leave it the way it is now. No slowdown or anything.
