Compromising the map size would have it's downside but honestly the only reason I really stopped was because I barely got any support and I was doing 90% of the work.
Is that really a reason to quit something? Because other people don't care?
That's like a defeated attitude.

i've got an edited version of this that i made into a gov v reb server. had about 25 people but my internet couldn't take it on that day which is unusual

The one that gear made was alot bigger. If I was smaller, most of the fun whould go. Also with the size of thr map, plus premade buildings, plus player made stuff, the brick count whould hit and It be very slow, even on a a dedi.

No, I quit because it was way too much work for me to do on my own. I only started the project because I was confident that I would get help from Gravity Cat , Blockbuilder and Bithead but they quickly lost interest.

I could help but then, I'm too lazy.

How do i start the thunder storm?

-never mind, the glitch was a fluke and never happened again even under the same exact scenario.-

Does avenger turret require homing rocket?

Does avenger turret require homing rocket?

No. just need to aim and stay aimed at a target (vehicle, or player) and fire!

You are AWESOME MAKING ADDONS  :cookie: :cookie: :cookie: :cookie: :cookie: 5/5

This is a bit of a plug for my own mod but you should use an updater script so that people actually receive updates you release. http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=255382.0

Oooh I see. Though I would need some webspace first.

I'm seriously considering to use this map as a basis for a GOV vs REB map. It's a pretty good representation of the old GSF Paradise map but I'll have to change a few things.

GOV vs Rebels might live again but it'll have to be different:
Less spam and less uncontrollable clusterforgets. More forced teamwork and more objective based gameplay.

This will however result in less freedom for the individual player. Instead I'd like to add a "Commander" for both teams who will have the authority to issue orders , build bases and spawn a limited selection of vehicles/items.
The Commander is going to be a player who we're able to trust (most likely already existing admins, known players, etc.).

I have ABSOLOUTELY no idea whether or not this will actually be fun. It's still just a bunch of theories.
Plus we still don't have a server where we could host this.

That sounds like a fun server, I've never seen a TDM with a 'commander'. It would be something unique.
