TopHat is more than capable of assisting with administration. Pi is still nominated for admin and I'm still strongly considering him.

I will say right now, and my admins better pay good attention to this, if any of my admins get out of line past the point of reasoning with them, they will be de-admined, removed from the clan, and blacklisted. There is no exception to this; I don't care who you are. That is all.

You're not really good at reasoning when you get mad, no offense. And you need to make it more clear what "out of line past the point of reasoning with them" is. It's really quite vague. Finally, this should be for anyone, not just Admins.
