He released it as a public add-on, I can't believe you guys didn't see it. It's called "The Clearer of Things." It started out because I wanted a way to clear people's music and so he made that script for me. He then went on to improve it greatly; it now can clear emitters, items, lights, music, lattice bricks, and window bricks. I think that's all, if I remember correctly.

It's just a milkshape texture. The real texture will be a bit blueish like in the game.
