Well, this is all I could find as far as apps posted in Gallery go, and that one wasn't accepted because it is unfinished. We're a modern to near-future clan, so a modern, contemporary house or a near-future laboratory (nothing insanely futuristic, hence "near-future") would be a couple places to start. An office building would be awesome, and would probably grant you acceptance if done well, seeing as no-one's ever done an office building. I'm not talking fully-furnished skyscraper, I mean like maybe a fully-furnished 3 or 4 story office building.
