Feel free to submit it, but if it's not finished, it has a lesser chance of being approved. If the unfinished version still doesn't deliver what I'm looking for in event apps, then finish it up and submit it again, finished.

However if it really has as many events as you say it does, go ahead and submit the unfinished one, I'll take a look at it.

It doesn't really mean that I'm amazing at events, it mostly means I'm trying really hard to get this to work. Most of the events are repeated anyway.
