It happened when Kovita was perma-banned, which was created after Loopyla1 was perma-banned.

Okay, so here's where we are as of now.

So, current candidates for leader/co-leader are Makanix, Wynd Fox, Kohna, and Comr4de. If Pi and Tophat don't respond by Friday, they will be ineligible for leadership/co-leadership. On Saturday I will open a poll for you all to vote for who will become the next leader and co-leader. However, it will not be a poll on the forums, as I do not want non-members to vote. I'll create a poll elsewhere and send the link in a PM to all clan members. I will know it if you rig the voting in your favor by voting more than once, or by asking non-members to vote for you. If that happens, I will reset the poll. If it happens a second time, I will choose the new leader and co-leader myself.

EDIT: I suggest that if you can prove someone cheated the poll, they should be disqualified, since that shows they lack trustworthiness and maturity.

Oh and I forgot to mention the poll rules. Well, not "rules," per se, but whatever. Each person will have two votes, one vote for leader and one for co-leader. Yes, you can vote for yourself, but only ONCE.

What's the difference between leader and co-leader? Doesn't it mean exactly the same thing? Why not just make the top one leader, and runner-up co-leader?

OK, I'm going to make one post of all of my questions/suggestions.

First off, do all members vote (plus me), or just those you originally considered candidates (counting Mage, since you just forgot him)? Will there be two polls, one for leader, one for co-leader, and, if so, why not just make the runner-up co-leader? How long will the poll be open, in case someone is unable to get on on Saturday? When will the winners be announced, immediately after the poll closes, or waiting till the end of summer? How will you know if someone votes for themself twice, honor system? Will it be a poll like those on this system, or will people tell you who they vote for?

Suggestions: Disqualify cheaters from the running, due to lack of trustworthiness and maturity. Have people tell you who they vote for, to certainly avoid cheaters. Have it open for at least three days. Don't tell the winners until end of Summer, so they don't flaunt it. Have a back up in both categories, in case someone is ultra busy, but doesn't currently know they will be.
