This week for football conditioning we're doing solely testing (i.e. max reps, 40, verticals, etc)
Today we were testing for max bench pressing, and I overworked myself so much in our warm-ups that I ended up doing 30lbs less than what I can actually do. I got a 105 for my max, yet I've benched 135 at the school.
also apparently I'm part black because my vertical was 21 inches good lord.
