Get wirecutters, a screwdriver and a multitool. Click the MULE with the screwdriver. Click the MULE with an empty hand then take out your multitool. Start pulsing stuff except the power wire, one makes the engine whine (makes it go faster) one makes the loading platform raise (lets you get on it) and one makes the external warning lights flash (makes it run people over) and the rest make the 'radio crackle' which does nothing.
If you cut a wire with the radio crackle it disables PDA control.
