It is updated actually, but not in the same branch as Goonstation is gooing.

Let's say, the old goonstation alpha was a tree branch, D2K5, LLA, and many other severs are branches.
It is "Updated" but it's just not in the same content as goonstation.

This is my complete opinion, so please don't hold me to this (Rathen), But It has better roleplay, less greifers, Admins that have fun adminubusses(according to players) and it has a host that doesn't come in drunk and turn everyone into monkies on a prison station full of TURDS.

Oh Yeah, it also has coders that listen to the community and don't over power items.

I would even play on it if I wasn't admin, but hell it's just my opinion.

Well Gibbed has had plenty of fun admin rounds, there's the occasional time where the last Syndicate Operative is an overweight Cluwne being beaten by the Vice, or the Clown Wizard has an army of Cluwnes.

Well, it's updated with jobs, maps, balanced weapons and stuff too.
Plus the game isn't really a role playing game anymore, it's just still under that category.

I'm pretty sure you don't have Miners, Barbers, a fired Head, Virtual Brig and Virtual Fitness Rooms, or Elite Security to keep the griffers in line.

Plus there are more people playing Gibbed, and more admins generally on.

Roleplay is boring and people always whine when nobody is as SUPER SRS about roleplay as they are.

There are more griefers then gibbed. The admins don't even respond most of the time.

The adminbusses there usually fall flat because they have no experience with GOOD adminbusses because they're all gibbed rejects.

Mechs that can fire emmiter type lasers, Kill setting energy gun lasers, Grenades/Missiles, And can gib downed people by walking on them.

The last time I tried picking miner, I ended up as a librarian.
The derelict is only good for getting artifacts, Which D2K5 doesn't have, And abandoned crates, Which D2K5 also doesn't have.

Gibbed has been around for a long time, D2k5 just recently started up the SS13 server.

You actually benefit to the goon servers, so you are a goon and have a right to think the goonstation is better than D2k5.

Hell, Goonstation is fun to play on, but D2k5 is better for when i'm in a serious mood.

Realism and Seriousness tend to take the fun out of games.
I still wonder how they got SS13's code in the first place, but it still won't be as good as Goonstation.
