And they don't instakill, I've survived 8 hits to the chest from one and was able to get up and walk away.

You can steal a guy's face and ID and be recognized as him without any help from the geneticist.
It reduces your health by 1 color every time you do it, and target must be unconscious or dead in order to steal face.

i imagine a stealth knife is concealed, and they instaKO if you get hit in the head

Stealth Knife could have three uses,one hit would bring them to red and knock them down,a second hit would bring them to crit,and then a 3rd hit would render them dead.

And then it works just as well as a fork with a mentally handicapped dog taped to it.

Though you'll have to raise the cost.
