If it doesn't override all laws/law 3 you don't have to follow it. (If it says not to state the law you still can't state it, though).

I once made a law that said everybody who was a confirmed traitor was not human and all other laws could be thrown out the window to kill that person.

Someone promptly "confirmed" I was a traitor, when I wasn't.

Next round I made it so the Captain is immune to that law, and the AI said I learned.

I find it entertaining to exploit loopholes in laws, someone made a law that said the heads and security team are to escape at all costs, I killed everyone else or stopped them from escaping. They were a liability, they could've harmed one of the people I needed to protect.

"at all costs" isn't "at all cost, overriding your laws if need be". I'm surprised you didn't get banned for that :o

Also I had a law that said you must support communism, so I removed the walls leading into almost every locked area claiming that "they were socialists trying to keep everything from those who deserved it or something like that.
