Anyone else getting this Steam error?

It's been happening to me for the past hour. With this new update, It said in my game list I had no mods installed, so I restarted, and now it keeps saying that the Steam community is offline, yet I can connect to Steam community by browser, and my games are either demos or ones that say "pre-loaded".

The heck is going on? Is everyone else getting this issue?

this was hitting me the other day but it quit after i had to reboot my computer for an update on my computer

i dont have the "ready for download or pre-loaded" problem, but i do have the "cant connect to steam" problem, when the internet is working.

I have a problem too, but idk if its the same. I try to login with my pass but it doesn't work, and it won't send me my damn email, sometimes it says my credentials have expired. WTF.
