Get a good zombie costume and walk in like a zombie, when they ask for our order say "Braaaaaiiiinnnnnsssss" in a slow zombie voice

Next Take a flag and put it behind the counter and another in the play area.
Shout GO!
Then have a airsoft CTF game.
EVEN BETTER
in the middle of the war get one of the employies (Or a friend that works there) to join in.
