I just finished it (18 hours total play time) the other night. I am convinced that this is the best game I've ever played. The plot was immersive and complex, and depending on how much you looked into the plot at certain points you'd get different things out of it.

Overall one of my favorite things about this game is how the gameplay can be pretty much however you want it to be. It can be a sneaky stealth game or a bang-bang shoot 'em up game. It's really a wonderful game that is better the second time through (I started again with a mod that changed a few things. Like Oblivion Lost for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.)

Love it a lot, bought it on steam, so awesome.

I chose to merge with Helios :o

I played this game in 2001, stuff owned. I reinstalled it last May and played through it again, damn it really is one of the best games.

My original CD version had the World Trade Centers in the background, which they later took out in a patch.

best ending

Oh my god JC, a bomb!

Which ending did you pick?
I was going to pick the Illuminati ending because it seemed easiest to get and because I couldn't open the door for the cooling system (I wanted to get the tong ending) but I found a grate that led to a water line that went behind the cooling doors, so I ended up doing the tong ending.

I didn't have the faintest how to do anything required for the Helios ending, so I didn't do that.

Then I watched the other two on Youtube  :cookieMonster:

Though, when I started play the second game (which is going to be hard, I already hate almost everything about the UI and graphics) I noticed that it just kind of assumed you picked the Helios ending.

A....bong? *helicopter starts smoking*

Take your best shot flatlander woman.

I save so loving much in this game.

Even my first playthrough on Easy I think I saved 350+ times.

Is it a coincidence that when you pronounce "Deus Ex" it sounds like "Do love"?

The proper pronunciation is "Dey-us ecks"

Even before I said it like that, I pronounced it "Doos Ecks"

-snip-
I remember killing Bob.
Invisible Wars is quite odd.
