I received the Touhou saga, chapters 1-12.3 from my sister. Now I'm wondering, is it worth installing?

What do you guys think?

Think of it like old school arcade games like Raiden Project and etc. but with lots of pellets flying around that may or may not require trial and error and multiple play-throughs.
