I like how he tells a forum of mostly 8-15 yr olds that we can't look like him until we are older. I'm only 15, and I curl 55lb, trapbar deadlift 215, concentration curl  30, bench 110, and Barbell row 35.
My friend from Compton can trapbar deadlift 365lbs. That is unspeakably amazing for a freshmen
I can only lift half of my weight
i weigh 110 lbs
50 pounds is ok for me but a solid 60-70 pounds is overkill

its easier compared to push-ups

Maybe he's giving advice for casual weight training and telling people to do what they can and not over-exert themselves?

You know, like you should as opposed to pushing your body to it's very limit just to gain muscle mass

even just doing those will get you fairly toned especially if you do all the pushups i listed.. most of those exercises work all your core muscles which is where well your core strength comes from.... why did that just remind me of an apple?
