i do have over 30% body fat. all the fat I lost with sports I gained it all back with muscle.
No you didn't. With a rigorous weight lifting program you can hope to gain about 10 pounds of muscle over a year
max. You can easily lose 50-70 pounds of fat in that same year.
I don't need to workout to be a tuff guy. I'm 6'3", a sophmore and I have broad shoulders and broad hips.I'm a forgetign wall. You don't want to mess with a loving wall.
