i do have over 30% body fat. all the fat I lost with sports I gained it all back with muscle.

No you didn't. With a rigorous weight lifting program you can hope to gain about 10 pounds of muscle over a year max. You can easily lose 50-70 pounds of fat in that same year.

The 75 is not all from sports. I forgot to mention that. I've done workouts at home after sports. But I have maintained my constant weight of 250 and have lost weight with a stead flow of gaining muscle. I said 75 as an estaminet. It probably really about 40ish.
