Need a New Xbox 360 game

Im thinking of going to GameStop and getting a new game.  I have $85 on my Edge Card.  Which game(s) should I buy?  I usually like ones with a storyline to it with good graphics.  I also think the multiplayer part is very important (hence I have Xbox Live).  So which game should I get?

I personally like the story and graphics.

I also think the multiplayer part is very important (hence I have Xbox Live).

It has co-op and versus modes. It's not a very popular game though.

FPS games hardly have any storylines as they're geared towards multiplayer which has absolutely no storyline.

Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age Origins, Bioshock, Deadspace, Fable II, Fallout III, Too Human. Those are games I still enjoy playing that contain storyline and decent graphics. Getting them for PC ensures awesome graphics though considering your PC can handle them.

Lost Planet 1 and 2.
As soon as I get the chance, I'm going to go get 2. The story isn't great, but it's pretty fun to play along with. And then the multiplayer is fun, with multiple game modes.
