I made a non blue lip version too, but I prefer the blue lips mahself

Her nose seems a bit... strange.

Okay, here's what I notice:
Low definition, I have no idea how you intend to make this look complex and still neat and organized
The angle is boring
I see nothing on her face/head aside from blue lipstick that would set her aside from any other character ever

I really hope you fix this up.

it won't be very complex, though I do admit to making it a tad too small. however, I didn't export it, just took a screenshot. I promise it looks much much much crisper in photoshop.
it's a character shot, not an action shot. I'm not trying to get an exciting pose, just a character drawing.
Also I want to do some facepaint and hair accents towards the bottom of her hair.

Yeah, I guess. Also, the nose is too far to the left, and if her face is completely symmetrical (inferring she's directly facing the viewer) then her nose wouldn't point to the side, anyways.
