When I was 8 or 9 playing MGS2, and Vamp shows up out of nowhere cutting people's necks open, I was pretty freaked out lol
And Crying Wolf's theme is one of the scariest things I've ever heard. Psycho Mantis wasn't really disturbing, except for the story he tells you after you beat him.

Well when Vamp showed up it was around eight hours before you fight him = Loss of suspense

And Crying Wolf's theme is one of the scariest things I've ever heard.
