Of course, however, a system of Magistrates would need to be in order to organize their people. It would really be a Constitutional Amorarchy in the long run, where as certain conditions are set that define how the system should be run so certain people will have protection, privacy, etc. Though, being an Amorarchy, it would also hold a democratic feel. Tribunes would be set up as the lowest level of government so that The People could have a say. The Tribune would interact with the higher forms of government and be the base level of law. They would actually be elected, as opposed to the Magistrates who are appointed. c:
